Job summary

Une entreprise de services financiers recherche un Comptable de Gestion expérimenté pour rejoindre une petite équipe dynamique. Vous serez responsable de la gestion des comptes mensuels et de la budgétisation régionale, tout en collaborant étroitement avec le Contrôleur Financier. Ce poste vous permettra d'influencer directement les décisions opérationnelles et d'améliorer la performance financière de l'organisation.

Qualifications

• Expérience antérieure en comptabilité financière ou de gestion.
• Compréhension solide des principes comptables et de l'analyse financière.
• Capacité démontrée à préparer des budgets et des rapports de gestion.

Responsibilities

• Diriger les comptes mensuels et jouer un rôle clé dans la clôture mensuelle.
• Conduire la budgétisation régionale et les prévisions.
• Fournir une analyse des écarts en comparant les résultats aux budgets.

We're seeking a proactive finance professional to join our client's small but mighty, finance team. This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership, drive financial performance, and contribute directly to key business decisions

What You'll Be Doing:

• Own the monthly management accounts and play a key role in month-end closing.
• Drive regional budgeting and forecasting, collaborating closely with the Financial Controller.
• Provide insightful variance analysis by comparing actuals to budget and forecast, explaining key drivers.
• Support robust performance monitoring and reporting for all cost centers.
• Manage all financial reporting for a designated regional entity.
• Collaborate strategically with business stakeholders to deliver actionable insights into financial performance and trends.
• Lead initiatives to enhance reporting systems, strengthen internal controls, and improve financial documentation.

What We're Looking For:

• Qualified/Part-qualified (ACCA, CIMA, ACA) is highly desirable, or you'll have equivalent relevant experience.
• Previous experience in a financial or management accounting role.
• Proficiency in SAP and excellent Microsoft Excel skills are a must.
• A strong understanding of accounting principles and financial analysis.
• Demonstrable experience in preparing budgets, forecasts, and management reports.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills - you're a natural at explaining complex financial information clearly.
