About the Company
Our client is a FTSE listed Real Estate company, one of the UK's most respected property developers. They specialise in in delivering developments in some of London's most desirable locations with a genuine focus on quality, sustainability, and positive impact on communities.

The Role
An excellent opportunity has come up due to internal promotion for an ACA qualified Accountant to join the finance team. In this role, you'll be responsible for preparing management accounts, supporting financial reporting at both site and group level, and contributing to budgeting, forecasting, and audit processes. You'll work closely with Commercial Finance Managers to support decision-making and ensure compliance, accuracy, and insight across the business as well as managing a small team.

Key requirements

• Qualified Accountant - ideally ACA with a top 10 audit firm background
• Experience with finance processes such as audit and management reporting as well as experience in analysing large data set
• Comfortable working with complex systems and accounting software
• Experience of the Real Estate or Construction sector is desirable but not essential

The role offers a salary up to £75,000 and excellent bonus potential, you will be based in the office 4 days per week with a team of high-performing colleagues in a busy and vibrant office environment.
