About 9fin
The world's largest asset class, debt, operates with the worst data.
Technology has revolutionized equity markets with electronic trading, quant algos and instantaneous news. However, in debt capital markets, the picture is completely different. It still behaves like it’s in the 1980s; trillions of dollars of trades are placed over the phone, news is slow, and corporate credit information is imperfect and scattered.
Our mission is to change this.
9fin's proprietary technology delivers fast and comprehensive financial, credit, legal & ESG analysis. Our clients are able to make faster, more informed decisions, win more business and most importantly, save time.
Our fast growing list of clients include 9 of the top 10 Investment Banks, leading Asset Managers, Hedge Funds and Law Firms.

A note from Alicia (Head of Finance)
“Our recent (oversubscribed) $50m Series B funding round marks an exciting chapter for 9fin. With over 100% year-on-year ARR growth for four consecutive years and a clear path toward $100m ARR and unicorn status, we’re building a world-class finance function to go with!
We’ve grown incredibly fast and now need a hands-on, technically strong management accountant to help take our finance function to the next level. You’ll play a key role in owning the month-end process, building scalable systems and controls and supporting cross-functional teams with insights that shape the company’s direction.
This isn't a back-office role. From day one, you’ll have visibility across the business and be instrumental in evolving our global reporting standards and preparing for expansion.
I’m looking for someone who thrives in a high-growth environment and enjoys solving problems with simplicity and a touch of automation. You’ll need to be detail-orientated, proactive and comfortable balancing the demands of fast delivery with technical excellence.
At 9fin we are a team with big ambition and high expectations of ourselves and each other, but we do this whilst creating space for fun and supporting each other every step of the way. If you love getting into the details and are excited to help scale a finance function fit for a future unicorn - then we would love to hear from you!”
