You’ll play a key role in ensuring the financial integrity of our business. This is a hands-on, varied finance role where your expertise will drive better business decisions and operational excellence.

The role

• Sales Invoicing:Creating and preparing monthly and ad-hoc sales invoices using till reports in Xero.
• Finance Support:Assisting the Accounts Coordinator with ad-hoc finance queries.
• Credit Control:Oversee outstanding client invoices and ensuring timely follow-ups with the Accounts co-ordinator.
• Client Queries:Managing billing queries to maintain excellent customer satisfaction.
• Month End:Own the month end process with the support of the Head of Finance up to P&L's for operational reviews.
• Reconciliations:Preparing all balance sheet reconciliations for review with the Head of Finance.
• Reporting:Producing weekly financial reports for Operations Managers.
• New Location Support:Assisting with finance mobilisation for new sites, including setting up payment systems and Merchant IDs.

About you

• Qualified: Due to the autonomous nature of this role, we require a fully qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA, or ACA).

• Detail-Oriented: Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
• Tech-Savvy: Comfortable working with IT, Microsoft apps (Excel & BI) and can learn finance software quickly (experience with Xero is a plus!).
• A Great Communicator: Able to confidently interact with team members and clients.
• Eager to Learn: Ready to embrace new challenges and grow professionally.
• Driven: You are someone who wants to deliver quality without compromising on your value system

Pay: £45,000.00-£55,000.00 per year
