Role Overview:

We seek an experienced Management Accountant for a newly formed team managing global Distribution entities. Reporting to the Finance Manager (Distribution), this role will lead high-impact tasks and development projects, deliver reporting, and drive process improvements across our distribution business units worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:

Month-End, Internal Reporting & Business Partnering:

• Prepare accurate and timely month-end calculations.
• Assist the Finance Manager in coordinating month-end processes for all distribution subsidiaries of Fever-Tree Ltd.
• Review tasks prepared by team members.
• Ensure an accurate and timely month-end close on WD5.
• Lead in delivering budget variance and analysis reports to stakeholders.
• Manage the annual planning cycle for UK Other COS & Overheads and other future responsibilities.
• Develop strong relationships with regional Commercial Finance teams, sharing knowledge and developing control processes.

Process Enhancement & Audit:

• Provide insights for standardisation, consolidation, and simplification.
• Lead process enhancement and automation projects.
• Collaborate with Operations Accounting to maximize efficiency and consolidate tasks.
• Oversee global customer pricing, ensuring weekly reconciliation and timely, accurate price changes.
• Support external and subsidiary audits.
• Maintain detailed process documentation.
