analyse and report on financial information to help the business make
well-informed decisions.

What kind of things will I be doing?

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual management accounts, including variance analysis.
• Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
• Analyse financial performance and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.
• Monitor and report on departmental and project spending.
• Support cost accounting and conduct margin analysis.
• Provide financial input into business cases and investment decisions.
• Balance sheet reconciliation and month-end process.
• Cash-flow forecast and liquidity management.
• Good knowledge of Accounts Receivable and Payable and provide assistance in resolving accounting issues.
• Management of overheads and PO process.
• Support the weekly payment run.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting policies.
• Assist in audit preparation and liaise with auditors when needed.
• Provide cover for other finance members when they are absent.

What experience will I have?

• Professional certification (CIMA, ACCA, CPA, or equivalent) preferred.
• Proven experience in management accounting or financial analysis.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
• Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with accounting software.
• Strong analytical, communication, and organisational skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
