• Experience in Energy, Oil & Gas or Utilities is required.

Role & responsibilities

• Overseeing and reviewing monthly management account

• Posting and reconciling all accounting journals

• Preparing monthly balance sheet and P&L reconciliations

• Assisting with year-end financial statements and audit queries

• Developing robust processes and controls to mitigate risk

• Building a full understanding of internal procedures and systems

• Gaining a strong grasp of financial instruments, revaluations, and settlements

What you need

• ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified

• Analytic and inquisitive mindset with a proactive attitude

• Proven track record in preparing management accounts

• Strong understanding of accounting principles and IFRS

• Experience working within Energy, Oil & Gas or Utilities
