Management Accountant

London

Up to £55,000 + Excellent Benefits

An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a Management Accountant to join a dynamic and purpose-driven organisation in the sustainability sector in London. This hybrid role offers the perfect balance, with 2–3 days in the office and the rest from home. The salary on offer is £55,000 plus an excellent benefits package.

The organisation delivers vital services across multiple sectors and is known for its strategic growth and impactful work across the UK. As a senior member of the finance team, you’ll play a crucial role in shaping financial strategy and supporting business performance.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Lead on financial forecasting, budgeting, and monthly reporting to senior stakeholders
  • Oversee statutory accounts, VAT and tax submissions, and compliance reporting
  • Provide strategic financial insight and performance analysis to guide decision-making
  • Supervise and support junior finance team members, ensuring accuracy and development
  • Design and implement process improvements to drive operational efficiency

What Experience is Required

  • Fully qualified (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) with strong post-qualification experience
  • Proven experience in a senior finance or management accounting role
  • Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and data analysis tools

Salary & Benefits

Up to £55,000 per annum
