• Manage weekly bank reconciliations.

• Conduct nominal ledger analysis of expenditure.

• Perform reconciliations and postings for H & S equipment.
• Handle accruals and prepayments.
• Control balance sheet accounts.
• Manage fixed assets and depreciation.
• Prepare quarterly VAT returns.
• Conduct month-end system reporting.
• Prepare management accounts and monthly forecasts.
• Assist with yearly budgeting.
• Provide financial planning advice to FC and board.
