We are working with a dynamic and expanding business in Leeds to recruit a Management Accountant. This role is an excellent opportunity for a part-qualified accountant looking to take the next step in their career within a supportive and fast-paced environment.

The Role Joining the finance team, you will play a key role in providing financial insights and analysis to support decision-making. Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing monthly management accounts, including P&L, balance sheet, and variance analysis
• Supporting budgeting and forecasting processes
• Monitoring and managing cash flow
• Providing financial analysis to support commercial decision-making
• Assisting with process improvements and financial reporting enhancements
• Communicating financial information effectively to non-financial stakeholders

About You

• Part-qualified (ACCA / CIMA / ACA) with relevant experience in management accounting
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Ability to interpret and present financial data in a clear and concise manner
• Proficiency in financial systems and Excel
• A proactive approach, with a willingness to take on responsibility and develop your skills
