A new opportunity for an experienced Management Accountant to join a growing business based in Woking.

Client Details

A growing company seeking a skilled Management Accountant to enhance their finance team.

Description
  • Perform general accounting duties, including preparing and inputting journal entries, account analysis, and reconciliations.
  • Maintain fixed asset records and manage company Capex reporting.
  • Prepare and file multiple jurisdiction tax and VAT returns in a timely manner.
  • Assist in sales tax and property tax audits.
  • Support various stages of the annual budget preparation.
  • Reconcile bank accounts, including multi-bank accounts and currencies.
  • Process vendor invoices and resolve related queries.
  • Check sales invoices and produce daily sales reports for the USA.
  • Ensure all debtor, cash, and ledger payments are recorded accurately and promptly.
  • Participate in credit control and collection activities.
  • Reconcile aging receivables and payables with the General Ledger.
  • Enter payments into banking systems for authorization.
  • Manage petty cash and employee expenses.
  • File purchase and sales invoices, expenses, journals, and other accounts correspondence.
Profile
  • Experience in a similar role is required.
  • Studying towards an accountancy qualification is preferred.
  • Strong MS Excel skills are essential.
  • French or German language skills are a plus but not mandatory.
Job Offer

Position: Management Accountant

Salary: Up to £46,000
