Job summary

FINTEC recruit is seeking a Management Accountant for an engineering client in the Highland region. This permanent, office-based role reports to the Director of Finance and works with UK departments and the European Finance team.

The role involves preparing month-end, year-end, and monthly management accounts, performing variance analysis, budgets, and forecasts, and supporting capital project spend reviews while training finance teams in a fast-paced international environment.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant or finance professional with management accounting experience.
• Experience working with financial and non-financial stakeholders.
• Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and lookups.
• Desirable: Microsoft Dynamics AX, product costing, SOX, or internal control audit experience.
