Job description

Delighted to be recruiting for a Management Accountant to join a well-established and fast-paced manufacturing business based in Hull. This is a key role within the finance team, reporting directly to the Financial Controller, and offering great exposure across operations and commercial finance.

Responsibilities:

  • Preparing monthly management accounts and supporting analysis
  • Assisting with budgeting, forecasting, and variance reporting
  • Partnering with operational teams to understand cost drivers and performance
  • Supporting stock and inventory accounting processes
  • Maintaining and improving financial controls and reporting accuracy
  • Assisting with year-end audit and statutory reporting
  • Providing insight to support strategic decision-making
Requirements:
  • Part-qualified or fully qualified accountant (CIMA/ACCA/ACA)
