Overview

Management Accountant role at TieTalent, based in Havant. This is a hands-on, varied role for someone who enjoys working closely with operational teams and contributing to strategic decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead month-end reporting, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Perform costing, pricing, and variance analysis to support commercial decisions
• Provide tender support and contribute to pricing strategy
• Assist with invoice finance reconciliations, purchase ledger, and payroll tasks as needed
