Simply360 are working with a dynamic, London-based marketing communications agency that partners with high-growth start-ups to help them scale. They're on the lookout for an experienced and driven Management Accountant to join their growing finance team.

About the Role

Reporting directly to the Director of Finance, you’ll play a key role in delivering insightful financial reporting and driving performance across the business. You’ll need to be a confident self-starter - technically strong, commercially aware, and comfortable working across departments to influence decision-making.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Owning the full month-end process including management accounts, balance sheet, commentary, and stakeholder presentations
• Delivering weekly revenue pipeline forecasts
• Leading timesheet reporting and analysis
• Supporting the annual budgeting process
• Assisting with audits and preparing relevant documentation
• Conducting freelancer cost analysis
• Preparing and submitting VAT returns
• Managing inter-company reconciliations

What We’re Looking For

• Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) - finalists also considered
• Strong Excel and MS Office Suite skills
• Experience within a creative or SME environment is a plus, but not essential
• A proactive, hands-on approach and ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting
• Great communication skills and a team player mindset
• Confidence to challenge and influence stakeholders when needed
