About The Team

Our Accounting and Outsourcing team supports our clients in managing their finance functions, understanding their financial position and performance, and ensuring compliance with changing accounting and tax legislation. With the rapid pace of technological change, our teams advise clients on process and digitalisation, business performance, and financial reporting, while building lasting relationships that position Mazars as a trusted adviser. Our successful team of over 250 professionals is expanding across areas including cloud accounting, payroll, financial reporting, and company secretarial services.

About The Role

1. This is an exciting opportunity to join our successful International Outsourcing team, where you will be responsible for managing the delivery of our international client portfolio.
2. You will deliver a portfolio of international client work and ensure the highest quality outsourced finance services, building strong relationships with key stakeholders daily.
3. Collaborate with team members across departments and lead the day-to-day delivery of excellent client service.
4. Engage with new prospects to understand their needs and onboard them using our standard practices.
5. Build relationships with existing clients to identify opportunities for the wider team.
6. Coordinate with other departments (e.g., tax, corporate finance, MFP) to ensure comprehensive service delivery and identify new opportunities.

What Are We Looking For?

1. Experience managing a portfolio of clients and providing high-quality outsourced finance functions.
2. Strong relationship-building skills with key stakeholders.
3. Ability to deliver work on fixed deadlines monthly or quarterly, maintaining quality and implementing learning points.
4. Experience in business process improvement.
5. Proficiency with multiple technology solutions and Excel; familiarity with NetSuite, Xero, SAP, D365 is preferred.
6. Understanding of analysis and advisory skills required by high-growth international businesses.
