Job summary

Consumer Additions is partnering with a fast-growing consumer goods business to recruit a Management Accountant. This newly created role offers the successful candidate the opportunity to develop their skill set across both management and financial accounting.

You will help prepare monthly management accounts, analyse variances, reconcile balance sheets, assist with year-end statutory accounts and take on ad hoc commercial tasks for the head of finance.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable experience in management accounting.
• Great communication skills and ability to work in a small team.
• Experience in the consumer sector is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of monthly management accounts.
• Perform monthly variance analysis and manage cost centres.
• Carry out monthly balance sheet reconciliations.
• Assist with year-end statutory accounts.
