Job Description

• Production of monthly management accounts for various businesses, including detailed variance analysis and commentary on financial and operational performance.
• Supporting the year-end audit process for group companies.
• Assisting in the submission of financial models to banks.
• Processing invoices on sales and purchase ledgers.
• Submitting VAT returns and managing HMRC queries.
• Handling CIS returns and liaising with subcontractors for the property construction business.
• Performing bank reconciliations and cash flow forecasting.
• Supporting the annual budgeting and P&L forecasting processes.
• Communicating with suppliers, customers, lenders, and key stakeholders.
