Management Accountant Role

We’re seeking a commercial and analytical Management Accountant to join our Financial Planning Team at our Head Office near Epsom, Surrey. You could be a qualified accountant in practice or industry, or a part-qualified accountant progressing through exams, seeking a new challenge. This role offers significant exposure and opportunities to influence and learn.

We will fully fund your studies while you work with us, including support for any clawback obligations related to your current role.

Role Overview

This role involves ownership of Financial Planning, Reporting & Controlling functions, and being a key contributor to the delivery and analysis of the annual budget and 3-year business plan. You will provide financial metrics to our European parent company and oversee our multi-million pound turnover.

Ideal candidates will be proficient in Excel, possess a collaborative attitude, and communicate effectively with stakeholders to drive business decisions. You should enjoy analyzing problems and finding solutions to improve management accounting processes.

Candidate Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in a commercial environment
• Strong financial analysis and presentation skills
• Numerical proficiency and analytical mindset
