Management Accountant up to 40,000 Banbury 5 Days Onsite

This is a full-time, office-based role - perfect for someone keen to be a key member of a collaborative and hands-on finance team.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Prepare accurate monthly management accounts and financial reports
2. Collaborate with department heads to provide analysis and commentary
3. Manage budgeting and forecasting processes
4. Support cost control initiatives and financial decision-making
5. Assist with year-end accounts and audit preparation
6. Maintain and improve internal controls and financial procedures

What We're Looking For:

1. Part-qualified or qualified (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) or QBE
2. Experience in manufacturing or product-based environments preferred
3. Strong Excel and analytical skills
4. Proactive with excellent attention to detail
5. Confident communicator with strong stakeholder engagement skills
6. Comfortable working fully onsite, five days a week
