Management Accountant
40,000 - 50,000 (DOE) Hybrid Working Leicester Full-Time

We're looking for an experienced Management Accountant to play a key role in overseeing the financial health of the organisation and supporting strategic decision-making. This is a fantastic opportunity for a detail-oriented, analytical finance professional who enjoys combining technical expertise with commercial insight.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform month-end procedures, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of reporting

• Prepare budgets, forecasts, and detailed financial reports

• Conduct variance analysis to highlight trends and opportunities for performance improvement

• Support cash flow forecasting and manage the accuracy of financial models

• Produce quarterly VAT returns and maintain compliance with reporting standards

• Collaborate with non-finance stakeholders to support decision-making (business partnering)

• Understand internal and external business environments to deliver proactive, value-added insights

• Uphold confidentiality, professionalism, and integrity at all times

Essential Skills & Experience:

• ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified

• Minimum of 2-3 years' experience in a similar Management Accountant role

• Strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables, Lookups, advanced formulas)

• Proficient in financial systems - SAP experience desirable

• Excellent time management and organisational skills

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build lasting relationships across the business
