Senior Management Accountant Crewe (office-based) Up to £60,000 DOE

Robert Walters have been briefed on a great new Senior Management Accountant role based in Crewe. Working for a fast-growing, acquisitive company who have a strong reputation within their field.

The role of Management Accountant within this business unit is of great importance. You will report to the Financial Controller and work closely with the rest of the Accounting & Financial control team. Your key role responsibilities will include:

  • Financial reporting and business partnering activities
  • Production of a quality monthly financial reporting pack
  • Comparing actual performance to budgets
  • Consistently and accurately meeting internal and external deadlines
  • Ensuring a quality year end audit pack is delivered to the auditors at the end of the financial year
  • Develop relationships with key business stakeholders and deliver commercial insight into results
  • Proactively engage in projects with these stakeholders that grow business value
About you:
  • Fully qualified CIMA, ACCA or ACA accountant with a minimum of 2 years experience in a finance related role
  • Strong technical accounting skills
  • Experience of interacting across all levels of the organisation
  • Experience of fostering strong working relationships within the finance team and across the organisation
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
