We are looking for a Management Accountant to join our team at Chepstow & Ffos Las Racecourses.

About the role

The Management Accountant role is based at Chepstow Racecourse, with travel to Ffos Las Racecourse. Reporting to the Financial Controller, you will collaborate with the General Manager, senior management of ARC, and the racecourse's senior team to ensure the business's continued growth and financial health.

About you

• Qualified member of an accountancy body or holder of an equivalent qualification.
• Must hold a full driving license with the ability to travel.
• Minimum of 3 years post-graduation experience.
• Experience in racecourses, sports, or leisure is an advantage.
• Commercially astute, articulate, technically strong, dynamic, insightful, influential leader with experience leading strategic and operational teams.
• Strong IT, analytical, and modeling skills.
