A specialist neurodevelopmental service in Canterbury is looking for an experienced Management Accountant to join their Finance team. You will oversee financial reporting, manage credit control, and support a small team. This full-time role offers a hybrid working environment with 3 days in the office and 2 days remotely. The salary ranges from £40,000 to £50,000 based on experience.

We are looking for an experienced Management Accountant to join our Finance team. Reporting to the Financial Controller, this role will be responsible for supporting the delivery of accurate and timely financial reporting, managing the credit control function, and overseeing the work of Accounts Assistants.
The successful candidate will combine strong technical accounting knowledge with excellent people management skills. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both hands-on accounting and developing team capability, whilst driving improvements to processes and systems.
This is a full-time role, working Monday to Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm, with a hybrid working pattern of 3 days in the office and 2 days working remotely.
