Job summary

Ashdown Group is seeking an experienced Management Accountant to support a 12-month fixed-term contract. The role covers monthly management accounts, journals, accruals and variance analysis, with a focus on month-end processes and compliance.

The ideal candidate will travel to Lincoln three days a week and have prior experience as an Assistant Accountant, Management Accountant or Financial Accountant. Hybrid working is offered.

Qualifications

• Travel to Lincoln 3 days a week is required.
• Experience as Assistant Accountant, Management Accountant or Financial Accountant.
• Exposure to journals, reconciliations, accounts preparation and variance analysis.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly management accounts (P&L, balance sheet, budgets).
• Handle journals, accruals and prepayments.
• Perform variance analysis and month-end close.
• Prepare month-end accounts and perform account reconciliations.
• Ensure accounting compliance and identify risks.

A successful business is looking for an experienced Management Accountant to support them on an initial 12 month fixed term basis. This is a great opportunity to work with a reputable brand where you will focus on;
