Job Description:

  • Develop, standardise, and deliver daily, weekly, monthly, and annual operational reports for stakeholders (e.g., Budget vs Actual, Projections, Efficiencies, Material Usage).
  • Design, implement, and continuously improve Power BI-based reporting solutions for business users.
  • Manage and maintain specified master data tables within ERP systems and related databases, ensuring proper procedures, governance, and change management controls.
  • Review and enhance procurement processes, drive efficiencies, and develop improved reporting frameworks to support decision-making.
  • Compile annual branch and capital budgets.
  • Administer and maintain all pricing-related data, including buying groups, customer groups, national price lists, and associated ERP tables.
  • Lead initiatives to collect, analyse, and report business information aimed at improving profitability and operational performance.
  • Ensure compliance with, and continuous improvement of, existing practices, policies, standards, and procedures.
  • Manage, mentor, and support staff within the department and across the broader business.

Qualifications:

  • CA / CIMA qualified or part qualified.
  • 5-7 years relevant experience, preferably in manufacturing/plastics and working with large datasets.
  • Strong skills in MS Office, ERP systems, SQL, Power BI, and analytics/Al tools.
  • Proven ability to work independently and manage/support staff.
  • Knowledge of financial and operational functions; exposure to warehousing and distribution advantageous.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a track record in process efficiency improvements.
  • Experience in staff supervision, coaching, and training.
