Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a Management Accountant role.
• Experience producing financial reports for multinational companies is essential.
• Desirable to have experience within the recruitment sector.

Responsibilities

• Produce monthly management accounts and financial reports.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and account reconciliations.
• Assist with internal audits and statutory reports.

Management Accountant Responsibilities:

• Produce monthly management accounts
• Work on projects to develop the accounts function
• Produce and verify gross margin reports
• Prepare balance sheet account reconciliations on a monthly basis
• Analyse travel expenses and calculate PSA liability
• Prepare accruals, prepayments, commission reports, VAT, statutory reports
• Oversee budgeting and forecasting
• Bank and IDF reconciliations
• Assist with audits (statutory, bank, ISO)
• Provide monthly financial reports to leadership team and business units

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a Management Accountant role
• Previous experience working within the recruitment sector is desirable
• Experience of producing financial information for multinational companies
• Excellent working knowledge of CRM and accountancy systems and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
