Management Accountant

What You'll Be Doing:

Reporting to the Finance Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our internal financial reporting processes and controls. Your key responsibilities will include:

1. Delivering efficient, accurate and timely internal financial reports
2. Preparing and posting month-end journals
3. Leading on general ledger and balance sheet reconciliations
4. Supporting budgeting and forecasting cycles
5. Getting stuck into ad-hoc finance projects
6. Assisting with internal and external audits

Skills/Qualifications

You're more than just the numbers. You're detail-oriented, driven, and eager to make a real difference in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have:

1. A professional qualification: ACA / ACCA / CIMA
2. A strong background in financial and management reporting
3. Proven experience with process improvement and operational efficiencies
4. Excellent attention to detail and ability to multi-task under pressure
5. Top-notch communication and interpersonal skills
6. Experience working with inventory (bonus points)
7. Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central / Navision (nice to have)
