What You'll Be Doing:

Reporting to the Finance Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our internal financial reporting processes and controls. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering efficient, accurate and timely internal financial reports

  • Preparing and posting month-end journals

  • Leading on general ledger and balance sheet reconciliations

  • Supporting budgeting and forecasting cycles

  • Getting stuck into ad-hoc finance projects

  • Assisting with internal and external audits

Skills/Qualifications

You're more than just the numbers. You're detail-oriented, driven, and eager to make a real difference in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have:

  • A professional qualification: ACA / ACCA / CIMA

  • A strong background in financial and management reporting

  • Proven experience with process improvement and operational efficiencies

  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to multi-task under pressure

  • Top-notch communication and interpersonal skills

  • Experience working with inventory (bonus points)

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central / Navision (nice to have)
