Management Accountant

This isn’t your standard tick-the-box, month-end-close kind of role.

We’re looking for a Management Accountant to join a dynamic, fast-scaling business in Altrincham — someone who’s not just great with numbers, but thrives on asking “why?” and driving smarter decisions across the business.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Take full ownership of forecasting, margin analysis, WIP, stock, and cashflow
• Partner across departments and influence strategic decisions
• Work closely with senior leadership to support rapid growth and long-term planning
• Manage two fantastic Accounts Assistants (we placed them – they’re brilliant!)
• Collaborate directly with two qualified, forward-thinking finance leaders who are invested in your development
