Kerry Robert Associates is looking for a Management Accountant on behalf of a well established client.

You will be working closely with the Finance Team in producing management accounts and reports on a monthly basis.

Location: Fully Remote (Work from home), however you must be UK based.

Flexible working hours also on offer, but you must work on core midweek days.

Please note that training in person MAY be required (accommodation fully covered by client).

Salary: Up to £35,000

Requirements

As a Management Accountant you will be responsible for:

  • Completing the management accounts on a monthly basis (posting Journals and reviewing the 1st draft of the P&L).
  • Must understand the full month end process of creating a Hotel P&L.
  • Take full control of all Accruals and Prepayment Journals.
  • Bank, cash and credit card reconciliations.
  • Maintaining adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Accounts Payable controls.
  • Working closely with the Finance Assistant, improving processes and making efficiency improvements.
  • Liaising with external auditors when required.
  • Preparation of year end audit files.
  • 37.5 hours a week contract.

Must have:

  • At least 2-4 years Finance experience.
  • Have worked and gained experience within a Hotel or Hospitality environment.
  • Some form of Finance education would support your application better.
  • UK based.
