About the Role

As a Managed Services Analyst, you will be at the heart of delivering Behavox technology and services to some of the world’s most sophisticated financial institutions.

This role blends technical execution, project management, and customer success. You’ll oversee the end-to-end delivery of the Managed Services Delivery (MSD) platform, run critical daily tasks, and ensure our customers achieve value quickly and sustainably.

It’s a fast-paced, hands-on role where you’ll work with globally distributed teams and senior stakeholders to deliver high-impact outcomes.

What You'll Bring
  • 5+ years of experience in application development or technical project management.
  • Hands-on skills with Python, SQL, and data analytics in cloud environments.
  • Strong knowledge of finance and compliance technology, ideally in front-office domains such as Fixed Income, FX, or Credit.
  • Experience running large-scale change projects in complex environments.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into clear tasks for technical teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, able to engage senior executives and technical contributors alike.
  • Proven track record leading globally dispersed teams and delivering under pressure.
What You'll Do
  • Drive delivery: Oversee deployments, ongoing changes, and customer integrations across Behavox solutions, starting with Mosaic Smart Data.
  • Execute technical tasks: Perform daily data analytics and loading, resolve platform issues, and coordinate with SREs and Customer Support
  • Accelerate client value: Apply project playbooks to reduce time-to-first-value for new customer deployments to under three months.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally: Partner closely with Platform Engineering, SRE, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure seamless execution.
  • Enable customer retention: Monitor adoption, gather feedback, and ensure ongoing client satisfaction to protect and grow revenue.
Nice to Haves
  • Proficiency with visualization tools (Tableau / Power BI).
  • Familiarity with Bash/shell scripting.
  • Strong presentation and stakeholder management skills.
