Qualifications

Managed Service Consultant – Microsoft Dynamics 365 / Power Platform – up to £75K

Job/Company Overview:

A leading Microsoft Solutions Partner is seeking a Managed Service Consultant to support and enhance bespoke CRM systems and custom business solutions built using Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform.

This organization values accountability, excellence, and collaboration. You will join a team of Microsoft technology specialists dedicated to delivering innovative, high-quality solutions for a diverse client base.

Responsibilities:
  1. Support clients via a Managed Service Helpdesk, including handling break/fix cases, change requests, system administration, and training.
  2. Manage cases, gather client requirements, and design/document changes (up to 5 days in scope).
  3. Implement functional and technical changes using Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and the Power Platform.
  4. Maintain strong client relationships and understand their systems and business goals.
  5. Stay updated with Microsoft product updates and incorporate new functionalities as appropriate.
  6. Collaborate within a team environment and assist colleagues as needed.
Experience Needed:
  1. Experience working with a Microsoft Partner or in a Managed Service environment.
  2. Strong functional understanding of Dynamics 365 CE applications.
  3. Hands-on experience with Power Apps and Power Automate.
  4. Excellent client-facing communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Strong problem-solving, organizational, and teamwork skills.
  6. Proactive attitude and commitment to continuous learning.
