Managed Service Consultant – Microsoft Dynamics 365 / Power Platform – up to £75K
Job Overview:
A leading Microsoft Solutions Partner is seeking a Managed Service Consultant to support and enhance bespoke CRM systems and custom business solutions built using Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform.
Responsibilities:
- Support clients via a Managed Service Helpdesk, handling break/fix issues, change requests, system administration, and training.
- Manage cases, gather client requirements, and design/document changes (up to 5 days scope).
- Implement functional and technical changes using Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and the Power Platform.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their systems and business objectives.
- Stay updated with Microsoft product updates and incorporate new features as appropriate.
- Collaborate with team members and assist colleagues as needed.
Required Experience:
- Experience working with a Microsoft Partner or in a Managed Service environment.
- Strong functional knowledge of Dynamics 365 CE applications.
- Practical experience with Power Apps and Power Automate.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client-facing interactions.
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and teamwork skills.
- Proactive attitude with a commitment to continuous learning.
