My client, a leading cybersecurity business, is seeking a Managed Security Services Delivery Lead based in London and/or Kent.

My client is a reputable cybersecurity company with a portfolio of clients across financial services, utilities, legal, and manufacturing sectors.

As a Managed Security Services Delivery Lead in London and/or Kent, reporting to the UK Head of Client Delivery, you will be responsible for:

• Establishing efficient, effective end-to-end processes for Managed Security Services (MSS), from requirements to onboarding
• Supporting sales and pre-sales during requirements gathering and scoping
• Overseeing client MSS onboardings to ensure timely execution
• Reviewing documentation, security requirements, and contracts
• Working with onboarding resources to meet client expectations
• Streamlining onboarding processes based on best practices
• Managing the transition from delivery to business as usual, ensuring service acceptance criteria are met
• Collecting client feedback to improve onboarding experience
• Monitoring budgets and ensuring delivery within financial constraints, seeking efficiencies to improve profitability

The ideal candidate will have:

• Extensive experience in managed security services and end-to-end processes
• Proven stakeholder management skills
• Experience in client-facing roles
• Knowledge of security technologies like firewalls, SIEM, endpoint protection, and threat detection systems
• Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall)
• Strong cybersecurity and risk management knowledge
• Certifications such as Prince II, PMP, Agile, and ITIL V4 are highly desirable

Salary up to £80,000 plus benefits.
