Qualifications
- Solid understanding of IT concepts, technologies, and best practices.
- A technical aptitude with a solid technical understanding of IT infrastructure, Networking, cloud computing, cybersecurity, and managed services. The ability to provide accurate information and address technical presale queries from customers.
- Experience in Sales and Account Management in the Managed IT Services Industry or similar.
- Strong customer relationship management skills are crucial for building and maintaining positive relationships with clients. This involves being responsive, proactive, and attentive to client needs and concerns.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Strong sales skills and a proven track record of their sales performance are essential, including prospecting, lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Relevant certifications such as ITIL or vender are beneficial.
- Driven individual looking for progression with a strong work ethic.
