Job summary

Nuffield Health Cardiff Hospital in Cardiff seeks a Mammographer with a postgraduate qualification in a specialist area to join our Radiology team on a bank basis. You will deliver high-quality diagnostic imaging for a varied caseload, working with leading practitioners and in theatre settings when required.

The role offers an ad-hoc schedule with pay up to £21.00 per hour and benefits including pension and gym membership.

Qualifications

• BSc in diagnostic radiography (or equivalent) is required.
• Postgraduate qualification in a relevant area of specialisation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a high-quality diagnostic imaging service for a varied caseload.
• Work with lead practitioners in the department, on ward and in theatre as needed.
• Experience new practices, equipment and facilities.
• Develop policies, procedures and junior colleagues.
• See each patient with empathy and provide a high-quality service.
