The NHS is seeking a radiographer to join their team, responsible for performing diagnostic mammography and engaging in clinical governance. Candidates should possess a BSc in Radiography, HCPC registration, and relevant experience with NHS standards, ensuring patient care and high clinical practice standards.
The PrincessAlexandra Hospital NHS Trust (PAHT) provides a full range of general acute,outpatient and diagnostic services at The Princess Alexandra Hospital inHarlow, the Herts and Essex Hospital in Bishops Stortford, and St MargaretsHospital in Epping.
You will participate in symptomatic andassessment clinics at the static unit, as well as in screening mammographyacross both static and mobile units. You will be responsible for your ownclinical practice and ongoing professional development, while activelycontributing to service development and quality improvement through departmentalaudits and quality assurance programmes. In addition, you will support clinicalgovernance and collaborate closely with colleagues across various disciplinesto achieve shared service objectives.
