Mammographer

Guildford Hospital | Permanent | Full time

Up to £45,000 per annum depending on experience

37.5 hours per week

As a Mammographer at Guildford Hospital, you’ll bring advanced technical knowledge and the ability to work quickly and accurately. You have a keen eye for detail and a caring nature. A BSC degree in diagnostic radiography (or equivalent) and a postgraduate qualification in a relevant specialization are required.

As a Mammographer, you will:

  • Deliver high-quality diagnostic imaging services for a varied caseload.

  • Collaborate with leading practitioners across departments, including wards and theatres.

  • Experience new practices, equipment, and facilities.

  • Develop policies, procedures, and mentor junior colleagues.

  • Operate with understanding and empathy, treating each patient as an individual.

  • Provide services with sensitivity and compassion, ensuring the highest quality of care.
