Role:

Night Support Worker

Locations:

The Hyde, Wembley

Salary:

£12.31 per hour, 40 hours per week

Essential Experience:

Experience with Autism and Challenging Behaviour

Shifts:

10pm - 8am

Contract:

Permanent full-time, requires working alternate weekends

The Wembley Services provide supported living for adults with Learning Disabilities, Autism, and challenging behaviours. Our goal is to develop skills, independence, and confidence both at home and in the community.

Support Worker Duties
  • Supporting residents to develop independence and life skills
  • Assisting with daily goals and activities such as arts, crafts, and hobbies
  • Developing person-centred plans, including employment and education opportunities
  • Maintaining records and risk assessments
  • Providing personal care, promoting independence
  • Supporting daily activities and development
