Join Our Supportive and Passionate Community Team –Male Support Worker average of 15 hours per week, 1 week 10 hours, 1 week 20 hours alternating

You’ll work across a variety of settings in the York area, providing tailored support that helps people thrive in their own homes and communities.

You’ll build trusting relationships, encourage choice and independence, and offer meaningful, person-centred care. Every day is different, and every interaction counts.

What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking someone who brings:

· A genuine passion for helping others to live well and achieve their goals
· Excellent communication skills, patience, and the ability to build strong, respectful relationships
· Flexibility, as the role involves working a range of shifts – including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
· A positive, empathetic approach, and an understanding of the challenges people with learning disabilities may face
