We are seeking a Support Worker to become a part of our team at our Supported Living service in King's Heath, Birmingham. No previous experience needed as full training will be provided!
This role involves supporting a young adult who leads an active lifestyle, helping develop daily living skills, providing personal care, and encouraging participation in activities that promote health and well-being.
You will support activities the individual enjoys, such as gaming, football, biking, and volunteering. The individual may exhibit some challenging behavior but is a great communicator eager to learn new ways to express himself, including British Sign Language (BSL) and picture communication.
A full UK manual driver's license is required, as you will use our company car for activities outside the home.
