Join Our Team as a Male Support Worker in West Bromwich!

Location: West Bromwich, B70 (Just an 8min Walk from Edward Street Hospital)
Pay Rate: £12.31 per hour
Hours: 24 Hours Per Week / Part-Time + Overtime Opportunities

Who Will You Be Supporting?

You will be supporting a gentleman in his 40s with a learning disability. He has a strong personality and loves being out and about in the community. He enjoys:

  • Football: Watching and playing football, especially supporting West Bromwich Albion.
  • Music: Listening to music and doing Elvis impressions.
  • Snooker: Playing snooker.
  • Shopping: Going out shopping.
  • Social Activities: Being active and engaging in various community activities.

What Will You Be Doing?

Each day will be different, but you will be supporting with:

  • Personal Care: Providing assistance with personal care tasks.
  • Community Support: Offering 1:1 support when out in the community.
  • Meal Preparation: Preparing meals and supporting him with his dietary needs.
  • Medication Administration: Ensuring he receives his medication as prescribed.
  • Engagement: Encouraging participation in activities he enjoys, such as football, music, snooker, and shopping.

Shift Patterns:

  • Full-Time: 9:00 AM - 9:00 PM

Rotas are provided in advance to support a healthy work-life balance.
