About the Role:

As a Support Worker, you\'ll empower learning disabled and/or autistic adults, and complex needs to live independently, confidently, and with dignity.

You\'ll be supporting individuals by:

  • Delivering person-centred support in supported living or community settings
  • Assisting with daily living tasks and personal care where needed
  • Supporting with behaviours that may challenge
  • Helping individuals build life skills, confidence, and independence
  • Keeping accurate records and working as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Promoting a safe, respectful, and empowering environment
