This is a role as a Male Support Worker at Elysium Healthcare's learning disability and autism service in Surbiton, Surrey. Location: 89 Ewell Road, Surbiton, Surrey, KT6 6AH

You will be working at 89 Ewell Road, a learning disability and autism service which provides support for people who may be living with moderate learning disabilities with associated health needs, autism and behaviours.

You will be working alongside a multidisciplinary team to offer support to people who may come to 89 Ewell Road as part of their care pathway. Whether it is moving from their community placement or a family home because they require more structured care and support.
