Salary:Up to £26,741.49 per annum (£13.15 per hour) + £50 per sleep-in

Essential Requirements:

  • Previous experience supporting people withlearning disabilities.
  • Familiarity with supporting individuals who may display anxious behaviors.
  • Advantageous:Training or experience inPositive Behavior Support (PBS).
  • AFull UK Driving Licence is essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • No personal care is required for this role.
  • Empower the young man to live the life he chooses, following a person-centred approach.
  • Provide engaging support for all daily activities and community access.
  • Maintain excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Work shift patterns including mornings, afternoons, weekends, and paid sleep-ins (£50 per shift).
