Qualifications

Job description

Overall purpose:

To provide effective support to enable people with learning and/or physical disabilities to live their lives to the full.

*Note: Due to current demands on the service, we require a MALE Personal Support Assistant*

This role involves:

  • Delivering practical, physical, social, and emotional support to individuals.
  • Providing excellent support and care, listening to and understanding the needs of the people supported, keeping them the focus of your work.
  • Being outgoing, kind, caring, reliable, and having a good sense of humour.
  • Holding a UK Manual driving license is essential.

We offer full training and the opportunity to work towards a Level 2 qualification to build your confidence as a Support Worker, whether you are new or experienced in care.
