About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Male PE Teacher to join a thriving secondary school in South Liverpool. This is a permanent, full-time position starting in September. You will be responsible for delivering engaging PE lessons, developing students' physical abilities, and instilling teamwork, resilience, and a lifelong passion for sport.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver high-quality PE lessons across KS3 and KS4
Inspire and motivate students of all abilities to engage in physical activity
Organise and lead extracurricular sports clubs and school teams
Promote health, wellbeing, and a positive sporting culture across the school
Work closely with colleagues to develop an engaging and inclusive PE curriculum
Ensure the highest standards of behaviour and sportsmanship in all activities

What We’re Looking For:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification
Experience teaching PE in a secondary school setting
A strong passion for physical education and student development
Excellent communication, leadership, and motivational skills
The ability to engage and inspire young people
A commitment to extracurricular activities and school sports events
