Job Title: Learning Support Assistant (Male)
Location: Chelmsford / Outskirts
Start Date: Immediate Start
Salary: £85 - £100 per day (depending on experience)

We are seeking a male Learning Support Assistant to support a Year 4 child with an EHCP, presenting with ASD and a demand avoidant profile.

This school is committed to finding the right fit for the child and is offering flexibility on start date due to a current in-house cover arrangement. You ll be joining a supportive team in a setting that values patience, consistency, and professional care.

• Proven experience working with ASD and behavioural needs

• An understanding of demand avoidant profiles

• A calm and consistent approach to support and behaviour management

• A full driving licence and own transport the school is in a very rural area with no public transport links

• A flexible and proactive attitude

• Relevant qualifications or training (desirable)
