Location: Greenwich, South East London
Start Date: ASAP start/ September 2025
Contract: Full time, part time and daily supply
Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience

Do you have the skills to inspire and support young people with challenging behaviour? We are seeking a Male Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to work 1:1 with a male student in a large SEN Secondary school.
The Role:
As a Male LSA, you will play a vital role in supporting a male student who has experienced gang culture and presents challenging behaviour. Your role will focus on building trust, offering guidance, and implementing strategies to engage the student positively in their education. You will work closely with the school's staff to support the student's academic, emotional, and social development.
